Summer Garden

So far our garden is doing well even though we have had a couple of hot days.  We are enjoying the zucchini, swiss chard & fresh parsley.  The tomatoes are not ready yet.  We will probably lose everything when we are gone the month of June, but for now it is great.

Happy Easter

We were blessed to have all the grandkids here for Easter. Here are Mackenzie, Sophie and Audrey waiting for church to start.

We went to K'Deo (our puppet ministry) after church.

Here are all the kids after the Easter Egg Hunt for the little ones. The Egg hunt for the big "kids" was won by Karin again.

Wild Burro Trail

We took advantage of a cool day before the heat sets in and went for a hike early this morning in the Tortolita Mountains. There is a great trail head by the new Ritz Carlton and very few people on the trails.

Just before we started the climb out of the canyon on this trail we came upon the ruins of an old homestead.

Last hike in Sedona

The kennel is not open on Sunday, so we took a hike up Woods Canyon without her. Quite a few wildflowers and lots of water.
